Single Phase Mechanic
The Single-Phase Mechanic is responsible for evaluating and performing minor repairs on single-phase motors, repairing pool and centrifugal pumps, and assisting customers at the front counter. This position combines hands-on mechanical work with customer service and requires mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a willingness to assist throughout the shop.
- Evaluate single-phase electric motors and perform minor repairs as appropriate.
- Diagnose and repair pool pumps and single-phase centrifugal pumps.
- Use basic electrical testing equipment, including a multimeter, to evaluate motors and components.
- Accurately complete work orders and document repair findings and work performed.
- Receive incoming customer repairs and accurately document equipment and customer information.
- Assist customers with front counter sales, repair drop-offs, and pickups.
- Assist with loading and unloading motors, pumps, repairs, and other equipment as needed.
- Identify parts needed to complete repairs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist coworkers and other areas of the shop as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
Shop Mechanic
The Shop Mechanic is responsible for evaluating, disassembling, repairing, assembling, balancing, and testing industrial motors and related equipment. This position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with motors and mechanical equipment.
Essential Responsibilities
- Perform teardown, inspection, repair, and assembly of three-phase electric motors.
- Perform pump and gearbox repairs.
- Perform in-house balancing of applicable components.
- Operate test equipment to evaluate motors before and after repairs.
- Accurately complete work orders and document repair findings and work performed.
- Identify and create accurate lists of parts needed to complete repairs.
- Properly label, organize, and track components throughout the repair process.
- Identify items requiring outside machine work and route them appropriately.
- Use electrical testing equipment, including a multimeter, as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Assist coworkers and other areas of the shop as needed.
- Follow established safety procedures and work instructions.
Account Executive
The Account Executive (AE) is responsible for driving sales growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. The AE will play a key role in expanding our customer base and ensuring a seamless purchasing experience.
